Go Back Once the client has selected their menu choices, items will be priced accordingly based on the following - 1. The number of guests and how many different selections are selected. 2. The current market price for fresh fruit, seafood & beef, etc. 3. How labor intensive a particular item may be. Staffing At site labor is $40.00 per hour for each server/bartender/chef. (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day rate is $45.00 per hour)
Full bar service with T.I.P.S. certified bartenders available upon request
A
non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and must
be received no later than one week prior to your event and a final
billable guest count at least 5 days prior to your event. Methods of payment may be cash or check.
An administration fee of $50.00 is required for any cancellation on 'service only' events. Go Back |
